Shipping Information

We aim to process and ship your order within 1 business day. Orders are only processed on business days.

The estimated delivery time within Germany is 3–5 business days after dispatch.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number from our shipping partner. This allows you to track your package.

Your order will be delivered by one of our shipping partners: DHL or GLS.
