Leap2C’s General Terms and Conditions (Terms of Sale) apply exclusively to the purchase of products and remain unaffected by these Terms of Use.
These Terms of Use exclusively govern the use of the Website.
Provisions relating to ordering, delivery and use of products are governed exclusively by the General Terms and Conditions.
2. Formation of Use and Acceptance
By accessing or using the Website, the user agrees to be bound by these Terms of Use.
If the user does not agree to these Terms of Use, use of the Website is not permitted.
Leap2C reserves the right to amend these Terms of Use at any time with effect on the future. The applicable version is the one in force at the time of use of the Website.
3. Right of Use
Leap2C grants the user the non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to use the Website in accordance with these Terms of Use.
Use is permitted solely for private or internal business purposes and within the intended functionalities of the Website.
There is no entitlement to continued availability or access to the Website.

Suspension or deletion of an account does not affect existing contractual relationships.

Content created by Leap2C remains the property of Leap2C.

· They have the necessary rights to publish such content;
· The content does not infringe third-party rights;
· The content is not unlawful, misleading or inappropriate.
By publishing content, the user grants Leap2C a non-exclusive, worldwide right to use such content for the purposes necessary for the operation of the Website.
Leap2C may remove content where there is a legitimate reason.
9. Liability
Leap2C shall be liable:
· In cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct;
· In cases of damage affecting life, body or health.
In cases of slight negligence, liability shall be limited to foreseeable damage resulting from a breach of essential obligations.
Any further liability is excluded only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Mandatory provisions of applicable consumer protection laws remain unaffected.
The total liability of Leap2C shall, to the extent permitted by law, be limited to foreseeable damage and shall not exceed the amount paid by the user in connection with the relevant use or order, if any.
Users are responsible for taking appropriate data backup measures.
Leap2C shall not be liable for data loss where such loss could have been avoided by proper data backup.
10. Availability of the Website
Leap2C endeavours to ensure availability of the Website but does not guarantee:
· Continuous availability;
· Absence of errors;
· Accuracy or completeness of content.
Leap2C may modify, suspend or discontinue the Website at any time for a legitimate reason.

The Website may contain links to third-party websites.
Leap2C has no control over such websites and assumes no responsibility for their content.
12. Indemnification
The user shall indemnify Leap2C against third-party claims arising from:

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
However, consumers benefit from the mandatory provisions of the law of their country of habitual residence.
15. Online Dispute Resolution and Mediation
In the event of a dispute, users are invited to contact Leap2C’s customer service first.
Consumers may also have the right to refer the matter to a consumer mediation body for amicable resolution.
In accordance with applicable consumer law, consumers may refer disputes to the following consumer mediation body:

Before referring the matter to the mediator, the consumer must first submit a written complaint to Leap2C.

Leap2C is neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
