1. Provider and Scope
These Terms of Use (“Terms of Use”) govern access to and use of the website operated by

(“Leap2C”, “we”, “us”) as well as all related content, functionalities and services (collectively, the “Website”).
These Terms of Use apply to all users of the Website, regardless of whether they act as consumers within the meaning of Section 13 of the German Civil Code (BGB) or as entrepreneurs within the meaning of Section 14 BGB.
Leap2C’s General Terms and Conditions (AGB) apply exclusively to the purchase of products and remain unaffected by these Terms of Use.
These Terms of Use exclusively govern the use of the Website.
Provisions regarding ordering, delivery and use of products are governed exclusively by the General Terms and Conditions.
2. Formation of Use and Acceptance
By accessing or using the Website, the user agrees to be bound by these Terms of Use.
If the user does not agree to these Terms of Use, use of the Website is not permitted.
Leap2C is entitled to amend these Terms of Use with effect for the future. The current version is available on the Website.
3. Right of Use
Leap2C grants the user a simple, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to use the Website in accordance with these Terms of Use.
Use is permitted solely for private or internal business purposes and within the scope of the intended functionalities.
There is no entitlement to use the Website.
4. Prohibited Use
In particular, the user is prohibited from:
• Using automated systems (e.g. bots, scrapers, crawlers or AI tools) to extract, retrieve or systematically collect data from the Website or its content;
• Copying, reproducing, distributing or otherwise commercially exploiting content or data of the Website;
• Using the Website for competitive purposes, benchmarking, price comparison or resale;
• Circumventing, manipulating or interfering with technical protection measures;
• Gaining or attempting to gain unauthorized access to systems, networks or data;
• Deploying malware, viruses or other harmful technologies;
• Interfering with the functionality or security of the Website;
• Using false identities or impersonating third parties;
• Disseminating unlawful, misleading or harmful content.
Use of the Website for commercial purposes is only permitted within the scope of a proper purchase of products or with the prior express consent of Leap2C.
5. Measures in Case of Violations
Leap2C is entitled, in the event of violations of these Terms of Use or where there is a legitimate reason, to take appropriate measures at any time, in particular:
• Restriction or blocking of access to the Website;
• Blocking of IP addresses;
• Deactivation or deletion of user accounts;
• Removal of content;
• Initiation of legal action.
• Leap2C is entitled to implement technical measures to detect, prevent and track misuse.
This applies in particular in cases of misuse, security risks or violations of legal provisions.
6. User Accounts
Where the Website allows the creation of user accounts, the following applies:
• The user is obliged to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information;
• Login credentials must be kept confidential and protected against unauthorized access;
• The user is responsible for all activities carried out through their user account.
There is no entitlement to the creation or maintenance of a user account.
Leap2C is entitled to block or delete user accounts at any time, in particular in the event of:
• Violations of these Terms of Use;
• Misuse or fraudulent behavior;
• Security concerns;
• Legitimate economic interest.
The blocking or deletion of a user account does not affect already concluded contracts.
7. Intellectual Property
All content of the Website, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, trademarks, product designs, databases, software as well as the structure and layout of the Website, is protected by copyright, trademark law or other intellectual property laws.
• Trademarks, product designs and brand-related content are owned in particular by Igloo Products Corp. or affiliated companies.
• Content created by Leap2C remains the property of Leap2C.
Any use beyond the limits permitted by law requires the prior written consent of the respective rights holder.
8. User Content
Where users are able to upload or publish content on the Website (e.g. reviews or comments), they warrant that:
• They are entitled to use and publish such content;
• No third-party rights are infringed;
• The content is not unlawful or inappropriate.
The user grants Leap2C a simple, worldwide, unlimited in time and free-of-charge right to use such content in connection with the Website.
Leap2C is entitled to remove user content at any time where there is a legitimate reason.
9. Liability
Leap2C shall be liable without limitation:
• In cases of intent and gross negligence;
• In cases of injury to life, body or health.
In cases of slight negligence, Leap2C shall only be liable for breaches of essential contractual obligations (cardinal duties), and in such case limited to the foreseeable, typical damage.
Any further liability is excluded.
Mandatory statutory provisions, in particular those protecting consumers, remain unaffected.
The total liability of Leap2C shall, to the extent permitted by law, be limited to the typically foreseeable damage and shall not exceed the amount paid by the user in connection with the respective use or order, if such payment has been made.
The user is obliged to take appropriate data backup measures.
Leap2C shall not be liable for data loss where such loss could have been avoided by proper data backup by the user.
10. Availability of the Website
Leap2C endeavours to ensure uninterrupted availability of the Website but does not guarantee:
• Continuous availability;
• Freedom from errors;
• Completeness or accuracy of content.
Leap2C is entitled to modify, restrict or discontinue the Website at any time, in whole or in part.
11. External Links
The Website may contain links to third-party websites.
Leap2C has no control over their content and assumes no responsibility for them.
12. Indemnification
The user shall indemnify Leap2C against all third-party claims arising from:
• Unlawful use of the Website; or
• A breach of these Terms of Use,
• Including reasonable legal defence costs.
This applies only to the extent that the user is responsible for the breach.
13. Amendments to the Terms of Use
Leap2C reserves the right to amend these Terms of Use at any time with effect for the future.
14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
For consumers, this choice of law applies only insofar as it does not deprive them of the protection afforded by mandatory provisions of the law of their country of habitual residence.
If the user is a merchant, legal entity under public law or special fund under public law, the exclusive place of jurisdiction shall be Nijmegen, the Netherlands.
15. Online Dispute Resolution

Leap2C is neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
